The Consultant agrees to provide certain consultancy and advisory services (“Services”) to the Client in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement and the consideration for the same shall be as set forth. The Services shall include the complete consultancy service as follows.Company Formation In Saudi Arabia Include (1 Parent Company with Audit + Attestation).
- MISA License - 1 Year. (Fees Currently not applicable but if in future will be End Client Liability)
- Issuing Commercial Registration Certificate.
- Drafting and attesting the local Articles of Association (AOA).
- Name Reservation.
- Register for the National Address.
- Register with The Ministry of Labor.
- Register with General Organization for Social Issuance (GOSI).
- Registration with General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) and VAT Registration.
- Activate Chamber of Commerce (CoC) account.
- Health Insurance.
- Issue the GM Visa.
- Medical Checkup.
- Appointment of GM/CEO/Chairman (GM Visa Fee not Included only).
- Register with Muqeem portal.
- Register with Qiwa portal.
- Saudi Awwal Bank Business Account Opening.
- Mudad Subscription.
